These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://battlebuddyz.com (the "Website") and all related services, applications, features, content, memberships, and marketplace functionality (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using BattleBuddyz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

To use BattleBuddyz, you must:

BattleBuddyz is not intended for individuals under the age of 13.

2. About BattleBuddyz

BattleBuddyz is an online marketplace where users may:

  • Create personal, agency, freelancer, and business profiles.
  • Post advertisements.
  • Offer professional services.
  • Browse business directories.
  • Hire freelancers and service providers.
  • Purchase memberships and promotional features.
  • Communicate with other users.
  • Publish reviews and ratings.

BattleBuddyz provides a platform only and is not a party to agreements between users.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their account.
  • Keeping login credentials secure.
  • Providing accurate information.
  • Updating profile information when necessary.
  • All activities occurring under their account.

BattleBuddyz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Google Sign-In

Users may register and log in using Google.

By choosing Google authentication, you authorize BattleBuddyz to access the information you permit Google to share.

5. Memberships and Payments

Certain features require a paid membership.

Payments may be processed through PayPal or other supported payment providers.

BattleBuddyz does not store complete payment card information.

Membership fees, subscription pricing, and promotional pricing may change at any time.

6. User Content

Users retain ownership of content they upload, including:

  • Listings
  • Profiles
  • Images
  • Videos
  • Logos
  • Reviews
  • Comments
  • Documents

By uploading content, you grant BattleBuddyz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote that content solely for operating and marketing the platform.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law.
  • Publish false or misleading information.
  • Impersonate another individual or business.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
  • Circumvent security measures.
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Use automated bots or scraping tools without permission.
  • Manipulate reviews or ratings.
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions.

BattleBuddyz may remove violating content without notice.

8. Listings and Advertisements

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings.

BattleBuddyz does not guarantee:

  • Listing accuracy.
  • Availability of advertised services.
  • User qualifications.
  • Business legitimacy.
  • Successful transactions.

Users should independently verify information before entering into any agreement.

9. Marketplace Transactions

Transactions occur directly between users.

BattleBuddyz is not:

  • The employer of freelancers.
  • The agent of buyers or sellers.
  • Responsible for contracts between users.
  • Responsible for payment disputes.
  • Responsible for project outcomes.

Users assume all risks associated with transactions.

10. Reviews and Ratings

Users may submit reviews based on genuine experiences.

BattleBuddyz may remove reviews that:

  • Are fraudulent.
  • Contain offensive language.
  • Violate laws.
  • Include false statements.
  • Constitute harassment or abuse.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including but not limited to logos, graphics, design, icons, software, text, branding, and features, is owned by BattleBuddyz or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, modified, or redistributed without prior written permission.

12. Copyright Complaints

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact:

13. Privacy

Your use of BattleBuddyz is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

14. Third-Party Services

BattleBuddyz integrates with third-party providers, including but not limited to:

  • Google
  • Google Maps
  • Google Places
  • PayPal
  • Cloudflare
  • Analytics providers
  • Email service providers

BattleBuddyz is not responsible for third-party websites, products, or services.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Engage in fraud.
  • Abuse the marketplace.
  • Create security risks.
  • Harm other users.
  • Violate applicable laws.

Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary.

16. Disclaimers

BattleBuddyz is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We make no warranties regarding:

  • Platform availability.
  • Continuous operation.
  • Accuracy of listings.
  • Reliability of users.
  • Project success.
  • Financial outcomes.
  • Error-free functionality.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BattleBuddyz, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Services, marketplace transactions, user-generated content, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, unauthorized access, or security incidents.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the amount paid by the user to BattleBuddyz during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BattleBuddyz, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, your violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or third-party rights.

19. Force Majeure

BattleBuddyz shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, internet outages, labor disputes, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved in courts having jurisdiction within the United States unless otherwise required by applicable law.

21. International Users

Users accessing BattleBuddyz outside the United States are responsible for complying with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

22. Changes to These Terms

BattleBuddyz may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
